Created a new brand architecture for AIG's commercial insurance business, which had previously marketed in silos. Developed a highly curated trade show booth to make an impact at ICSC and put Brookfield on the retail map — previously known mainly for office property. The display was so impactful that ICSC moved it to a prominent location the following year, and Exhibitor Magazine recognized it with an award. Implemented a digital property display featuring the full retail portfolio, and planned every aspect of participation — from staffing and meeting scheduling to client events.
