Editorial spreads spanning Connected Neighborhood, Central Plaza, Culture, Modern Flexibility, Superior Stay, Floor Plans, Team & Leasing — with a unifying typographic system woven across the book.

Brochure System
Product-specific brochures, used as stand-alones or inserts. In-house retail marketing complementing the broader positioning of the property offering. Developed rendering imagery with an external architect and wrote brochure copy.

Retail Website
Collaboration with a world-class digital consulting firm to develop a fully dynamic site with overarching brand elements, retail customer engagement tie-ins and events program promotions. Delivered a new brand tone for the retail center.

Content Management
Applied clean information architecture and corporate brand tone to a globally used marketing tool built on Watchout software. Researched data, wrote breakout sections, sourced imagery, maintained corporate statistics and segment information, and coordinated content globally with regional managers.

Brand Architecture
Created a new brand architecture for AIG's commercial insurance business, which had previously marketed in silos. Originated new design and wrote copy for collateral pieces in line with the new brand — including newsletters, brochures, media articles, and conference events from strategy through development.

Trade Shows · Brookfield
Developed a highly curated trade show booth to make an impact at ICSC and put Brookfield on the retail map — previously known mainly for office property. The display was so impactful that ICSC moved it to a prominent location the following year, and Exhibitor Magazine recognized it with an award. Implemented a digital property display featuring the full retail portfolio, and planned every aspect of participation — from staffing and meeting scheduling to client events.

Trade Shows · Brookfield
Created a 1,700 square foot display along with property marketing materials, and planned all aspects of participation — staffing, meeting scheduling and client events.

Client Events
Internal organization, sponsor coordination, client and speaker arrangements, list management and venue selection — paired with email invitations, registration tracking and on-site implementation. Programs included the Greater Washington Women in Financial Services Event and Deloitte multi-city seminars.
